I have been working with Chantal since March 2021 and whew, I have come a long way thanks to her. During our first assessment, I was so out of shape, my endurance was low, and I had zero discipline. Since I started training with Chantal, I have been working out consistently 4-5 days a week and I have completely changed my diet. I don't even know who I am anymore lol. Fitness by CB has helped me a lot in my goals. I’ve typically been an active person in the past.
